 Grownitech is looking to hire a talented and dedicated Video Editor to join our team for ongoing projects. We are seeking someone who understands storytelling, visual quality, and can consistently deliver engaging video content. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are serious about growth and building their career. 8 to 10 hours required on site daily.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Overview
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahawalpur. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content, applying color grading, and incorporating motion graphics where required. You will work closely with the production team to ensure all content meets our creative and quality standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Work
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 YouTube videos (6&ndash;10 minutes)
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentary / explainer-style content
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean, engaging edits (not flashy or over-edited)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Edit and produce professional-quality video content
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply color grading and visual enhancements
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and integrate motion graphics where needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency in style, pacing, and storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of storytelling and video pacing
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to follow scripts and creative direction accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and teamwork skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in video editing is preferred
 </li>

 Education (Preferred):
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation

 Salary: PKR 50,000/- &ndash; 75,000/- per month (based on skill and experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance-based increments based on quality and efficiency
 </li>
