Job Title: HR Executive Overview: The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department by contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring the overall well-being of the workforce. This position requires a combination of administrative and strategic skills to support the organization's human resources objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. - Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. - Ensure a positive and smooth experience for new employees during their integration into the organization. 2. Employee Relations: - Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters. - Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts. - Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement. 3. Performance Management: - Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. - Monitor and evaluate employee performance. - Provide support for performance appraisals and feedback sessions. 4. HR Policies and Procedures: - Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures. - Communicate policies to employees and ensure compliance. - Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations. 5. Benefits Administration: - Administer employee benefits programs. - Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in problem resolution. 6. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. - Assist in the development of employee training initiatives.7. HR Reporting:- Generate and maintain HR reports for management.- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights for decision-making.8. Documentation and Record-Keeping:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.9. Compliance:- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.10. Exit Management:- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.- Facilitate the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in human resources or a related role.- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Detail-oriented and well-organized.- Familiarity with HR software and tools.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, VolunteerPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 10/02/2025
