As we expand our presence across online and offline markets, we are looking for a passionate and driven E-commerce Manager to take charge of our digital growth.Role Overview: As an E-commerce Manager at Farmkin, you will handle all aspects of our online business &ndash; from managing e-commerce &amp; q-commerce platforms to running ads, tracking performance, and driving sales. This is a role for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and ready to take ownership in building and scaling our digital presence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage Farmkin&rsquo;s presence across e-commerce &amp; q-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, and others).</li><li>Build and execute strategies to grow online sales and strengthen brand visibility.</li><li>Manage product listings, SEO, promotions, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Track performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and competitor activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, D2C operations, and digital advertising.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Passion for e-commerce with creativity and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and organizational abilities.</li><li>Someone eager to grow with the brand and make a real impact.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Salary: Up to &#8377;25,000 per month.</li><li>Opportunity to shape and scale the digital business of a growing FMCG brand.</li><li>A dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
