We&rsquo;re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media Executive to join our fast-growing team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing monthly social media strategies and content calendars.</li><li>Manage daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community interaction across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.</li><li>Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all platforms.</li><li>Support in content creation &mdash; captions, hashtags, reels, carousels, and stories.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant terms into social content for better reach.</li><li>Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to suggest data-driven improvements.</li><li>Engage with followers: responding to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.</li><li>Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.</li><li>Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to execute campaigns effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.</li><li>Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content formats, and carousel posts.</li><li>Google Analytics or social media certifications (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about digital content and marketing.</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Role: Social Media Executive</li><li>Department: Digital Marketing</li><li>Industry Type: IT Services &amp; Consulting / Digital Marketing</li><li>Schedule: Day Shift</li><li>Experience: 1+ years (agency experience preferred)</li><li>Requirements: Must have a personal laptop.</li></ul>At Growth Atom, we don&rsquo;t just manage social media&mdash;we build brands with story, soul, and strategy.
