 The Role
 
 
 
 Attorneys in our firm are trusted to manage client relationships, lead matters from start to finish, and contribute to the development of both the firm and their individual practices. This opportunity is ideal for experienced attorneys (7+ years preferred) who may currently serve as of counsel, senior attorney, non-equity partner, or practice group leader, and who are ready to expand their leadership and client base within a dynamic, growth-focused setting.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a diverse caseload in one or more of the firm&rsquo;s core practice areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Originate and grow client relationships; develop and implement strategies for practice growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver exceptional legal services with an emphasis on efficiency, responsiveness, and measurable client value.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in firm leadership initiatives, business planning, and cross-practice collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize firm systems for client management, matter tracking, and workflow efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold the firm&rsquo;s high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Licensed and in good standing in Maryland, Virginia,
 
 or
 
 Pennsylvania. Multiple state licenses are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience in one or more of the following: Family Law; Business and Corporate Transactions / M&amp;A; Commercial or Civil Litigation; Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Administration; Small Business and General Counsel Services; Real Estate Transactions and Title Services; or Personal Injury preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to originate or manage client work independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership and mentorship experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, client management, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to commute regularly to the northern Baltimore area.
 </li>
