To learn more about 'The Groyyo Standard,' please reach out to us at https://groyyo.com/.Job Summary: The Tax Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day direct &amp; indirect tax transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:a. DIRECT TAX<ul><li>Provide monthly fund requirements for TDS.</li><li>Calculate and ensure timely payments of TDS under various sections on a monthly basis.</li><li>File TDS returns on a quarterly basis before the due date.</li><li>Reconcile TDS returns with financial records post-filing.</li><li>Revise TDS returns when required.</li><li>Maintain the company&rsquo;s tax database on a monthly basis.</li><li>Provide audit support related to TDS matters.</li><li>Manage tax-related accounting in the ERP system.</li><li>Prepare data for Tax Audit, including Clause 34.</li><li>Regular reconciliation of 26AS with company records.</li></ul>b. INDIRECT TAX<ul><li>Provide monthly fund requirements for GST.</li><li>Prepare workings for filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.</li><li>Perform monthly revenue reconciliation.</li><li>Conduct monthly input reconciliation with GSTR-2B.</li><li>Reconcile RCM and ECL post-filing of GST returns.</li><li>Post various GST-related entries in the ERP system.</li><li>Prepare data for GST Annual Returns (Forms 9 &amp; 9C).</li></ul>c. OTHER COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Provide statutory data for timely payments of various statutory dues.</li><li>Reconcile PT, PF, ESI payments with liabilities on a monthly basis.</li><li>Address any other tax and compliance-related matters of the company.</li></ul>SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a CA Inter or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel functions and tools.</li><li>In-depth understanding of accounting and bookkeeping processes.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Effective problem-solving abilities and output-oriented approach.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Total Year Of Experience </li><li>Current CTC</li><li>CA or CA Inter - Mandatory </li></ul>Work Location: In person
