What is the job about?</b></p><p>
Ability to speak and write in English would be needed to succeed in this role. After production establishment, will become an integral part of the plant driving Plant Quality and EHS functional activities supporting to the Plant Manager and Autonomous Production Unit (APU). Highly collaborative role working in close coordination with various stakeholders from the divisions and country.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Your main responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Responsible for Ensuring the adherence to Plant Safety procedures/policies and implementing the Safety Culture</li><li>
Set-up the Quality and EHS roadmap in collaboration with IMEA Ops EHS and Quality leader.</li><li>
Establishing, Implementing &amp; Maintaining the Quality, Environment, Health &amp; Safety Management System in accordance with ISO9001/14001/ISO45001 and Grundfos group Standards &ndash; GDS</li><li>
Driving and implementing the Grundfos Production System &ndash; GPS</li><li>
Perform internal audits (9001/14001/45001) at regular intervals and ensure the compliance to policies/procedure/standards.</li><li>
Perform periodical Gemba walks, identify improvement opportunities areas in Quality &amp; EHS and be a driver for continuous improvement</li><li>
Ensuring the compliance to the Statutory requirements</li><li>
Responsible for all the Process/Product/Customer quality related matters at the plant</li><li>
Systematic recording &amp; analytical problem solving with various quality tools</li><li>
Constantly drive towards &ldquo;Total Quality culture&rdquo;</li><li>
Provide appropriate trainings and reporting of the EHS/Quality performance</li><li>
Identification and implementation of Improvement proposals and kaizen.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Your bac</b><b>kground:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor Engineering Graduate from a reputed institution</li><li>
Saudi National, Fluent in English both speaking and writing.</li><li>
Skills to manage projects and liasoning with government authorities and establishments</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of work experience in EHS / Quality function with working skills on EHS cultural enhancement and key quality deployment tools</li><li>
Safety Leadership and working knowledge with Risk assessment/Aspect impact analysis
</li><li>Analytical and Problem solving skills using QC tools</li><li>
Able to work in a matrix organization, collaborate and able to work independently with minimum supervision</li><li>
Understanding of Lean principles with demonstrated applications within Shop floor</li><li>
Demonstrated skills on deploying continuous improvements</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Associate Quality & EHS Specialist - CBS Saudi

</div><div>The Service Field Engineer Is responsible for the execution of the repair and maintenance work as agreed with the customer.<br>
He/she is responsible for customer satisfaction in the assigned market, is technical accountable and works -independently or together with ASP to address customer requests in an efficient and professional manner</div><div><b><br>
</b></div><div><b>Main responsibilities:</b></div><div><br>
</div><ul><li>Makes a risk assessment for every task.</li><li>Reports matters related to Safety, Health and Environment.</li><li>Disassembles, inspects, trouble-shoots, repair and replace parts, reassemble pumps, pump systems and accessories in a field service.</li><li>Advises the customer about shortcomings in the total system, which can prevent problems and offers a solution to these problems.</li><li>Assists his/her manager by identifying and providing solutions for service and warranty matters, depending on the complexity of the issues, special consultation with technical support may be required.</li><li>Prepares clear and complete service reports and ensures that these are submitted on time (warranty claims, working hours FAS etc;)</li><li>Registers the identified product quality issues in the systems.</li><li>Assists in project execution &ndash; installation support, commissioning etc..</li><li>Executes the agreed maintenance services and SLA for service agreements;</li><li>Provides feedback of relevant information to the respective stakeholders (sales and service sales PUs, operations etc.. Including identified leads.</li><li>Prepares inputs for quoting out-of-warranty repairs.</li><li>Collects installed base information.</li><li>Continues learning and development to build up hands-on service capability.</li><li>Masters the use of service tools and equipment.</li><li>Reports matters related to Safety, Health and Environment.</li><li>Lives in Grundfos&rsquo;s core values, takes responsibility for own actions and takes care of colleagues, partners and customers.</li></ul><br>

</div><ul><li>Technical education knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering</li><li>
2 years of work experience in the industry or comparable environment</li><li>
Experience with pump technology</li><li>
SAP experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to participate in work with processes or projects within the service environment</li></ul><div>

Strong experience with planning own work and keep track of time spent and quality in deliveries</li><li>
Knowledge in Embedded C coding</li><li>
Well documented understanding and ability to drive the relevant development systems and simulation usage as an active part of the development
</li><li>Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable for product development</li><li>
