This role ensures smooth workflow coordination, efficient resource utilization, compliance with company procedures, and effective communication between departments to maintain high operational standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery</li><li>Assist in planning and implementing operational procedures and workflows</li><li>Liaise with internal departments (logistics, HR, finance, and administration) to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Track operational performance and prepare regular reports for management review</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards</li><li>Manage schedules, task assignments, and operational documentation</li><li>Support inventory control, procurement coordination, and supply management as needed</li><li>Identify operational issues and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li><li>Assist in onboarding and training of operational staff when required</li><li>Handle administrative tasks related to branch operations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting tools</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Knowledge of operational processes in service or corporate environments is an advantage</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Problem-solving and analytical thinking</li><li>Time management and prioritization</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Accountability and reliability</li></ul>Work LocationGrupo Rio LLC (Branch) &ndash; Al RayyanPay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
