The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing local search presence, managing business listings, ensuring NAP consistency, and executing citation, schema, and on-page strategies using SEO tools like SEMrush.You&rsquo;ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to improve local visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions through strategic SEO initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB / Google Business Profile) listings for multiple locations.</li><li>Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all online directories and platforms.</li><li>Perform local keyword research, competitor analysis, and ranking tracking using SEMrush and other SEO tools.</li><li>Build and manage local citations on relevant and high-authority directories.</li><li>Implement and test schema markup (structured data) for LocalBusiness, Reviews, and other relevant schema types.</li><li>Conduct site audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO recommendations.</li><li>Monitor local search performance, prepare SEO reports, and suggest improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with content and design teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.</li><li>Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and local SEO best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven experience in Local SEO and digital marketing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google My Business optimization and management.</li><li>Strong understanding of NAP consistency and citation building.</li><li>Proficient with SEO tools: SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, BrightLocal, or similar.</li><li>Knowledge of Schema Markup (JSON-LD format) and its SEO impact.</li><li>Familiarity with on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, and link-building strategies.</li><li>Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing multiple local business listings or multi-location businesses.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML and website CMS (WordPress preferred).</li><li>Understanding of local ranking factors and proximity-based search optimization.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
