As our operations expand, we&rsquo;re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our Lahore team.This position emphasizes client engagement and retention, where you&rsquo;ll interact with executives, understand their needs, offer customized solutions, and schedule meetings for our senior leadership team.Position Overview:<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Shift: Night (5:00 PM&ndash;2:00 AM PST)</li><li>Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)</li><li>Location: Lahore (Applicants must be able to commute or relocate before joining)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to a curated list of C-level executives</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads in CRM or Google Drive, scheduling appointments as needed</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service</li><li>Use CRM systems, scripts, and other tools efficiently</li><li>Meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets consistently</li><li>Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively</li><li>Fresh graduates or those with up to 6 months of experience are welcome</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary plus commission (paid in US Dollars)</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development</li><li>Access to professional digital coaching</li></ul>Location Requirement:<ul><li>Preference for Lahore-based candidates</li><li>Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re motivated to build your career in a fast-paced, US-based environment and are comfortable working a night shift, we encourage you to apply!Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
