You will support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and balance sheet control for GSK Pakistan. Responsibilities
 
<ul><li>Lead and execute month-end close activities for assigned legal entities, including preparation and review of journals.
</li><li>Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and high-risk account reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of open items.
</li><li>Produce monthly financial packs and present results and insights to the Financial Controller and business stakeholders.
</li><li>Ensure accounting treatments follow IFRS and local statutory requirements and apply internal control standards consistently.

Education, Experience and Skills
</div><div>- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
 
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting or controlling.
</li><li>Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and month-end close procedures.
</li><li>Experience preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analytical reviews.
</li><li>Strong communication skills in English. Urdu or other local language skills are an advantage.
</li><li>Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
</li><li>Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent) part-qualified or completed.

About the Role
The GSK US Respiratory &amp; Anti-Infectives Sales Professional is responsible for engaging physicians and allied health professionals across independent practices, physician groups, and hospital systems to drive appropriate prescribing of GSK products. <div>The Operational QA will perform the quality assurance activities and quality oversight for the manufacturing of Drug Substance at Upper Merion R&amp;D Pilot Plant.

Develop and incorporate effective processes and procedures in Quality R&amp;D Operations for Drug Substance and Cell Banking manufacturing.<ul><li>

</li>Participate in investigations, such as Quality Investigations, customer complaints and vendor complaints and make recommendations for corrective and preventative actions, and to follow up on the implementation of those recommendations<li>
</li>Participate in/manage routine audits/assessments as well as multiple projects of high priority including regulatory inspections and high risk non-compliance issues.<li>

</li>Lead/contribute to the training, education, guidance and influencing of customers/business areas on quality and compliance policy and practices.<li>

You will lead a small Operational Quality team that provides quality oversight across manufacturing.
