Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector.</li><li>Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide tailored shipping solutions that meet their requirements.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.</li><li>Analyze customer data and feedback to identify growth areas within the shipping and logistics domain.</li><li>Engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to discuss their shipping requirements and offer suitable solutions.</li><li>Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals successfully.</li><li>Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2 years of experience in a sales role, specifically in the shipping and logistics domain.</li><li>Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight, and logistics solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
