This is a 100% onsite role and requires someone who is strong in Python, SQL, and data visualization.Immediate joiners will be given strong preference.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform end-to-end data analysis using Python and SQL</li><li>Build high-quality dashboards and visual reports for business and leadership teams</li><li>Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights</li><li>Develop and maintain MIS, KPIs, and performance reports</li><li>Conduct user behavior, funnel, cohort, and trend analysis</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency</li><li>Automate reporting workflows and improve data efficiency</li><li>Work closely with product, tech, and business teams</li></ul>MUST-HAVE Skills &amp; Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Data Analyst</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data analysis libraries)</li><li>Excellent command over Data Visualization</li><li>(Power BI / Tableau / advanced Excel dashboards)</li><li>Strong SQL skills for complex queries and data extraction</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and reporting</li><li>Ability to clearly present insights to non-technical stakeholders</li></ul>Preferred / Plus Points<ul><li>Prior experience in the EdTech industry</li><li>Experience with learner engagement, retention, and performance analytics</li><li>Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Immediate joiner or short notice period</li><li>Comfortable with onsite work from Begumpet, Hyderabad</li><li>High ownership mindset and attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>What NNIIT Offers<ul><li>Competitive salary aligned with experience and skillset</li><li>High-impact role with direct exposure to leadership</li><li>Opportunity to work in a growing EdTech organization</li><li>Performance-driven and collaborative work culture</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
