We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shipping &amp; Freight Forwarding Executive to join our Shipping Department. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, and rate comparison, along with hands-on knowledge of shipping software and MS Office tools, especially Excel.<ul><li>Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate international shipping and logistics operations.</li><li>Handle freight forwarding procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Obtain, analyze, and compare freight rates from multiple carriers and forwarders.</li><li>Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with shipping partners.</li><li>Process shipments, track deliveries, and ensure timely dispatch.</li><li>Prepare shipping documents (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).</li><li>Use shipping management software and ERP tools for data entry and shipment tracking.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of shipments, payments, and vendor communications.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.</li><li>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsMinimum 1&ndash;3 years experience in international shipping &amp; freight forwarding.</li><li>Strong knowledge of global logistics, INCOTERMS, customs requirements, and export processes.</li><li>Ability to analyze, compare, and negotiate freight rates.</li><li>Proficiency in shipping software, online portals, and ERP systems.</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reporting).</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.</li></ul>Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.<ul><li>Preferred QualificationsExperience working with forwarders, carriers, and international couriers.</li><li>Knowledge of import documentation is an added advantage.</li></ul>How to Apply - Interested candidates can send their resume to: [jayson@livingsourceintl.com] or ONLY whatsapp at 9663399778Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,814.40 - &#8377;58,576.84 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
