Truck Driver &ndash; Diesel DeliveryWe are looking for qualified delivery drivers with either class A or B hazmat and tankers endorsement. The job includes off-site diesel fuel deliveries to locations in and around the Los Angeles area. You will be servicing fleets and/or above ground fuel tanks. We are looking for a committed individual with a desire to learn and eagerness to be part of a team. Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities:&middot; Delivers fuel to customers as assigned in accordance with company procedures.&middot; Performs work safely and in compliance with all customers, local, state, and federal guidelines.&middot; The driver will be doing onsite fueling, truck to truck fueling and above ground storage tanks.&middot; Operates company vehicle in accordance with company regulations, state and federal laws, and customer policies&middot; Loads and makes deliveries in accordance with guidelines, including proper use of safety equipment, and follows established procedures at loading and delivery locations&middot; Reports to dispatch if any problems occur that could result in missed or delayed deliveries&middot; Report any off-site safety concerns to dispatch in a timely manner&middot; Works responsibly with a minimum amount of supervision&middot; Performs other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisorWork Hours &amp; Benefits:&middot; Availability to work nights and weekends.&middot; Company Sponsored Health Benefits, Paid Sick and Vacation Time Off.Delivery Driver Skills / Qualifications:&middot; Must have and maintain a current California commercial motor vehicle operator&rsquo;s license (Class A or B) with hazardous materials and tank endorsements.&middot; Must have and maintain a clean driving record and report any vehicle code violations&middot; Must submit to and pass an initial DOT physical and drug screen prior to performing any driving duties and maintain a current medical card in compliance with state and Federal Motor Carrier Regulations.&middot; Requires the ability to read and speak English adequately to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, to make entries on reports and records, and to adequately receive instructions from dispatch.&middot; Must have the ability to work in a trucking and distribution environment around heavy equipment and hazardous materials. The specific work environment varies depending on the customer&rsquo;s location.&middot; This is a physically demanding position.
