Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchase, journal entries, and general ledger updates.</li><li>Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow.</li><li>Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.</li><li>Support the closing of accounts and coordination with auditors.</li><li>Ensure timely vendor payments and follow-up on outstanding receivables.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for billing and cost verification.</li><li>Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years in accounting or finance (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel &amp; Word</li><li>Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
