Preventive Maintenance Oversight<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for rigs to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.</li><li>Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules in line with company standards.</li></ul>Data Management &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities (schedules, inspections, equipment history).</li><li>Generate reports on compliance, performance metrics, and equipment reliability.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact between Head Office and rig maintenance teams.</li><li>Communicate maintenance updates and schedule changes to stakeholders.</li></ul>Resource Allocation<ul><li>Ensure availability and dispatch of spare parts, tools, and resources for maintenance activities.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement/logistics teams for timely delivery.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all PMS activities follow company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Track certifications/inspections of equipment and maintain updated records.</li></ul>Problem Resolution &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Resolve maintenance-related issues promptly with field teams.</li><li>Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance equipment reliability.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Planned Maintenance System Executive: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
