Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and digital marketing, with a strong ability to engage audiences and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively manage our social media channels and drive engagement.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.</li><li>Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.</li><li>Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to stay ahead of industry developments.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Manage relationships with influencers and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products or services effectively.</li><li>Engage in content creation, including photography, video editing, and proofreading to ensure high-quality output.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels while adapting messaging for specific audiences.</li></ul>Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing principles, e-commerce strategies, and branding techniques.</li><li>Strong understanding of public relations practices and relationship management.</li><li>Experience in content creation, including writing, video editing, and photography.</li><li>Knowledge of social media marketing best practices, including SEO techniques and keyword research.</li><li>Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
