Job Summary:</div><ul><li>
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping Engineer to join our IT Service Management team. This role is critical in enabling visibility into our infrastructure and application services through ServiceNow&rsquo;s Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><div>
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Automated Service Mapping to ensure accurate and actionable CMDB data.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, application, network, and security to identify and map services and dependencies.</li><li>
Develop and optimize patterns, probes, and sensors to enhance discovery accuracy and coverage.</li><li>
Troubleshoot discovery and mapping issues, including MID Server connectivity, credential failures, and CI relationship gaps.</li><li>
Ensure CMDB data integrity through reconciliation, normalization, and lifecycle management.</li><li>
Document processes, configurations, and service maps for operational transparency and knowledge sharing.</li><li>
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.</li></ul><div>
Required Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.</li><li>
Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and ITIL processes.</li><li>
Experience with network protocols (SNMP, SSH, WMI), MID Server deployment, and credential management.</li><li>
Proficiency in JavaScript, regex, and ServiceNow scripting.</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.</li></ul><div>

Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist &ndash; Discovery or Service Mapping.</li><li>
Experience with ITOM, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Event Management.</li><li>
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.</li><li>
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, vCenter).</li></ul><div>

Senior Lead Engineer - CMDB

<div><div>Job Description:</div><div>
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</div><div>
This role will be responsible for all financial planning and analysis activities across all departments. The candidate will work closely with the US Finance team, business partners and business leaders to manage the activities and ensure seamless delivery. The incumbent will be responsible for overlooking the day-to-day operations of the FP&amp;A team and help in stabilizing the operations.</div><ul><li>
8-10 Years of Experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis.</li><li>
Manage the end-to-end financial processes for benefits and compensation including (but not limited to) month-end close processes, annual budgeting and planning, forecasting, variance analytics and rate card management.</li><li>
Analyze and deliver the 3-year financial plan and alignment to strategic human capital objectives, market trends and associated projects and initiatives.</li><li>
Drive position management governance and financial planning and analysis processes leveraging data standardization, best practices while driving automation and enhanced transparency and modelling capabilities.</li><li>
Partner with key HR stakeholders and Finance leaders by providing valuable insight into monthly financial results, including full year projections, headcount analytics against plan, while identifying areas of opportunity and decision support.</li><li>
Maintain staffing data and corresponding financial impacts, in partnership with department stakeholders and Human Resource business partners. Incorporate outer year impacts including staffing changes and business support into 3-year financial plan.</li><li>
Drive insights and analytics that provide leadership transparency into risks and opportunities of departmental hiring trends, providing recommendations on efficiencies and/or risk mitigation.</li><li>
Identify and deliver opportunities that enhance processes through automation, offshoring, or elimination.</li></ul><div></div><div>
