We look forward to welcoming like-minded people into our family.To learn more about us, visit our websiteKey responsibilities and duties<ul><li>Daily teaching of assigned subject</li><li>Preparing timely lesson plans and implementing them</li><li>Student assessments and curriculum planning</li><li>Organising day to day operations along with the team &ndash; E.g. ensuring sports, dance and other classes happen smoothly</li><li>Accompany children on exposure outings</li><li>Interact with family to address specific issues</li><li>Attend parents-teachers meetings</li><li>Tracking learning levels of every child periodically &ndash; compare with goals and co-plan/guide peer teachers on strategies to achieve goals.</li></ul>Qualifications and Traits<ul><li>Bachelors/Masters Degree (English medium) in any subject-related discipline; preferably in Education with a B.sc or M.sc in Kannada Maths, no other qualification required.</li><li>0-2 years of experience.</li><li>While work experience as teacher is an asset; any other work experience will be noted</li><li>Should be of pleasing personality, good conversational skills with clarity of thought</li><li>Must show an open mind and a willingness to learn new methods</li><li>Must be physically fit and agile</li><li>Able to put in full hours</li><li>Willing to attend training outside centre and out station if necessary</li><li>We are gender neutral.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
