</b></p><p><b>VISUAL MERCHANDISING
</b></p><p>Create detailed briefs per door for all new launches based on the internal OCDs decided, ensuring all POSM/Visuals are produced and installed on time in shops.
</p><p>Create guidelines for all teams for follow per door for new launch updates.
</p><p>Responsible for the execution of perfect merchandising execution, respecting the brand guidelines and image.
</p><p>Forecast POSM/VM elements for all new launches to cover all doors while respecting/aligning on the annual budget.
</p><p>Coordinate shipments of POSM to suppliers/retailers in advance to ensure timely execution in external markets.
</p><p>Responsible for rolling out &amp; executing new VM updates/guidelines across all TR doors, after aligning internally with the commercial, marketing and regional VM team.
</p><p>Coordination with Paris on all VM topics.
</p><p>Shop visit to ensure all the shops are well maintained.
</p><p>Competitive study and report to our head office on the need of the MEA region.
</p><p>Raise all VM related POs, manage/track monthly budget per retailers for both CAPEX and OPEX.
</p><p><b>HARD MERCHANDISING &amp; STORE DEVELOPMENT:
</b></p><p>Manage and resolve all maintenance issues and snags across Travel Retail MEIA doors, ensuring optimal store presentation.
</p><p>Develop comprehensive VM books and planograms for all new store openings, including precise tester lists and collateral ordering/shipping to shop fitters.
</p><p>Forecast all necessary tools, POSM, and collateral for new store openings, renovations, and existing store POSM updates.
</p><p>Ensure the perfect execution of new and renovated counters, guaranteeing accurate installation and merchandising of all POSM. Regular travel and inspections will be required.
</p><p>Coordinate advance POSM shipments to suppliers and retailers to ensure timely execution across all markets.

</p><p>Experience in Perfumes &amp; Cosmetic or Travel Retail would be preferable.

</p><p>Background in design (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) preferable.

</b></h3><p></p><p>As an Area Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts in and all sales related activities within the assigned region. You will be accountable for evolving and executing business strategies to deliver or exceed the business objectives while growing market share and profit.

</b></p><ul><li>Develop a business plan and sales strategy for your accounts that ensures the achievement of company sales goals and profitability
</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve both sell in and sell out
</li><li>Ensure that all accounts meet inventory and assortment
</li><li>Conduct studies per POS and analysis necessary to anticipate market developments
</li><li>Constantly look for new opportunities: accounts opening, space improvement in POS
</li><li>Recommend distribution changes based on results, image and compliance with brand requirements (decision to open or close doors)
</li><li>Watch competition and market trends. Be aware of and communicate competitive promotional activities
</li><li>Visit key account clients on regular basis, with traveling accounting for 40% to 50% of your time spent on the field, and 50% to 60% spent in the office
</li></ul><p><b>Negotiation
</b></p><ul><li>Negotiate solutions for inventory regularity and monitor targets by client
</li><li>Negotiate spaces and ensure compliance of our locations, review plans designed by the Architecture department and ensure good communication with the local architect
</li><li>Negotiate advertising, promotion investments and margins
</li></ul><p><b>Finance Management
</b></p><ul><li>Full responsibility on the P&amp;L for your accounts
</li><li>Establishes sales and investments budgets and Re-forecast per account in line with company guidelines
</li><li>Monitor the sell in and sell out activity and investment for each client (sales, investments, EBIT) and ensure the achievements of sales objectives and budgets
</li><li>Coordinate and consolidate financial reporting and review regularly budget according to the schedule of Finance
</li><li>Work closely with controllers to monitor commitments, provisions, and update numbers in the system
</li></ul><p><b>Marketing
</b></p><ul><li>Negotiate and implement the International Travel Retail marketing plan for your markets according to guidelines and strategy
</li><li>Check the profitability of the marketing actions implemented
</li><li>Forecast collateral needs for each account for instore promotions and coordinate timely delivery
</li><li>Forecast novelties based on historical product sales and MOP guidelines
</li><li>Verify product mix and replenishment
</li><li>Establish the commercial agreements resulting from negotiations (contract amendment, renewal of contract)
</li><li>Establish contracts for hiring and renewal of sales agents&rsquo; services
