We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to support our Retail team in the Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus region. 
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Intern to support our Product &amp; Retail team by managing product flow, monitoring store stock levels, coordinating transfers, and contributing to performance analyses and seasonal product planning. 
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Manage the product flow between the local warehouse and stores, ensuring accurate and balanced product distribution based on store needs and performance.</li>
<li>Regularly analyze store stock levels and ensure that necessary actions (replenishment, transfer, etc.) are taken on time and efficiently.</li>
<li>Organize inter-store product transfers to increase stock efficiency and maximize product optimization.</li>
<li>Conduct store and category-based performance analyses (Revenue, UPT, CR, Sell-Through, etc.) and share results with the Product Manager, providing reports when necessary.</li>
<li>Support the Product Manager in product selection processes and be actively involved in all stages from seasonal planning to in-store launch.</li>
<li>Organize training sessions about products and collections to enhance store teams&rsquo; product knowledge, sales awareness, and performance.</li>
<li>Assist the Product Manager in defining product strategies for markdown and new season periods.</li>
Analyze trends, sales performance, and store needs to develop product-based action plans and contribute to continuous process improvement.
