You will design and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate retail stores, e-commerce, social media, and CRM platforms. Collaborating with regional and global teams, you will ensure GUESS&rsquo;s brand identity and values are consistently communicated, while staying ahead of market trends and evolving consumer expectations.</p><p></p><ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business performance.</li>

<li>Proven track record as a Marketing Manager (preferably in fashion, retail, or FMCG).</li>
<li>Solid experience in omnichannel marketing, including e-commerce, CRM, and in-store promotions.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing.</li>
<li>Experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, and social media engagement.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.</li>
<li>Creativity and agility to adapt to a fast-paced, trend-driven industry.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven team management experience.</li>
