We&rsquo;re expanding our footprint in the commercial sector and seeking a motivated paralegal ready to help lead that growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.</li><li>Prepare, review, and organize documents including purchase agreements, loan documents, title commitments, closing statements, and entity documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, brokers, title companies, and clients to ensure smooth transaction flow.</li><li>Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, entity verification, and UCC searches.</li><li>Draft and track closing checklists, escrow instructions, and post closing packages.</li><li>Maintain accurate files, deadlines, and communication across all parties.</li><li>Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices for the commercial division.</li><li>Assist in marketing and relationship building efforts with commercial brokers, developers, and lenders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial purchase, sale, and lending transactions.</li><li>Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple complex files independently.</li><li>Proficiency in title software, Microsoft Office, and document management platforms.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to professionalism.</li><li>Demonstrated initiative and leadership potential to help shape a new division.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience with multi property portfolios, construction loans, and entity formation.</li><li>Familiarity with Filevine, Qualia, or other closing management software.</li><li>Prior experience working directly with attorneys and firm leadership to improve workflow and client service.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>IRA with employer match.</li><li>Paid holidays and time off.</li><li>Opportunity for advancement as the commercial division grows.</li></ul>LocationGreenville, South Carolina.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
