We are seeking a professional legal receptionist to join our Jamestown, Tennessee office. This role provides crucial support to our team and clients. At Guffey Law, the ideal candidate will be outgoing and have prior customer service experience. This position will require the individual to answer all incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence and any additional clerical duties.This position is full-time, in office Monday to Friday at our Jamestown location.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.</li><li>Receive, place, and screen telephone calls and convey detailed messages to the staff.</li><li>Run errands for the office staff daily</li><li>Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.</li><li>Process payments and provide receipts.</li><li>Manage cleanliness of office</li><li>Provide assistance to team members as necessary.</li><li>Decorate the office for holidays</li><li>Handwrite postcards to clientele</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Interpersonal skills and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li><li>Ability to problem solve and follow up independently.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma required</li><li>Professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to operate scanners, copiers, and printers</li><li>1 year of customer service experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Adobe PDF, and Excel</li><li>Proficiency with Google based software.
