We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to support digital marketing efforts and the launch of a new paid media strategy. This role will engage in the development of paid media, organic digital efforts, website strategy and more while providing &quot;Wow Them&quot; service to clients and/or internal customers or co-workers.</p>
<p>
The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to demonstrate strong digital and demand gen focused skills, lead by influence, and strong business/ financial acumen to drive the use of progressive digital marketing programs that will align the delivery business objectives and priorities.</p>

Roles and Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing department leads and cross-functional leaders to understand the digital marketing needs of the business.</li><li>Manage internal project coordination and act as the primary liaison with third-party digital agency focusing on organic search, SEO, paid search and paid social digital strategies.</li><li>Develop and execute a performance-driven digital marketing strategy tailored to optimizing lead acquisition, conversion, and customer retention.</li><li>Manage website UX &amp; strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and personalization strategies to increase lead generation. Works in collaboration with internal design team and external consultants on website development and project management.</li><li>Collaborate with our internal social media team to ensure alignment between all of our organic and paid social messaging.</li><li>Team with the Regional marketing leads to help drive targeted paid media efforts to help expand emerging regions.</li><li>Manage and collaborate with program owners on email marketing campaigns and newsletters related to specific programs, events, and other projects.</li><li>Optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment across paid, organic, and owned channels.</li><li>Track and report on digital marketing performance KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li></ul></div>

Required Experience:<br>
<ul><li>3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance optimization.</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and ad budget management experience</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with deep experience using Google Analytics (GA4), attribution modeling, and performance reporting.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with regional/field marketing and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.</li><li>Expertise in managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across different markets, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.</li><li>A strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute when needed.</li></ul></div>
