What You Will Do:
As a Corporate Pricing Manager aligned with Pricing and Project Optimization you will provide a key supporting role implementing the use of pricing strategies and data management tools to optimize operational effectiveness, market competitiveness and risk compliance. As a member of the Growth Team, you will review and communicate methodologies that make certain pricing data are accurately identified, captured, analyzed, and presented to support strategic decision-making, drive growth, and enhance sales effectiveness.
Tasks include:<ul><li>
Directly align to the Corporate Pricing Department and support the management of pricing initiatives and promote the effective and standardized use of pricing tools and cost volumes application and development</li><li>
Establish and deliver communication and training products to ensure the standardized use and governance of pricing tools &amp; methodologies</li><li>
Collaborate with Finance and the Growth Office to analyze data, provide analysis and insight into estimated revenue and gross margin relative to targeted sales and growth budget forecasts</li><li>
Support the Practice in their adoption of tracking and evaluating methodologies to manage actual margins as compared to initial bid</li><li>
Support effective use of CRM and other sales tools to inform decision-making, drive revenue, and enforce data governance standards for sales reporting</li><li>
Support the development, management and oversight of standardized sales KPIs and reporting formats across practices, lines of services, capabilities, and geographies</li></ul>
What You Will Need:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience</li><li>
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics)</li><li>
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
Experience working in a large, matrixed organization is a plus</li></ul>
What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>
Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics</li><li>
Proven experience in a similarly structured role preferably within a professional services or consulting firm</li><li>
Expertise in using CRM software, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms</li><li>
Excellent ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to different audiences</li><li>
Experience and knowledge of AI tools including Microsoft Copilot</li><li>
Understanding of financial principles and the broader business context to align sales reporting with organizational goals</li><li>
Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office</li></ul>

What You Will Do:
The Cash Applications / Poster Specialist - Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties related to the payment posting function of the Management Services Organization (MSO). Such duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Processes and/or posts deposits, payments, denials, and adjustments. 2) Reconciles manual and electronic batches, 3) Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
Individuals must be able to work an eight hour shift between the hours of 8:30 AM CT - 5:30 PM CT, with no remote work initially but opportunity for some hybrid (in office/remote) after training.
We will consider individuals open to relocation to San Antonio!

Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Payment prep and posting.</li><li>
Sign out for payment batch on batch log with time received.</li><li>
Prep payment batch before keying by identifying and circling invoices. Separate payments by groups.</li><li>
Follow protocol for posting payments, denials, and adjustments to invoices in all groups.</li><li>
Balance all groups back to batch total.</li><li>
Sign batch back in on payment batch log with time completed.</li><li>
Research payments.</li><li>
Payments requiring additional information should be pulled out from the batch for research. If the pullout is not resolved in two business days it should be given to the Supervisor for follow up.</li></ul><ul><li>
Research payments posted to unapplied invoices to identify location to refund.</li><li>
Verify with the Lead or Supervisor before putting payments on an unapplied invoice.</li><li>
Review of statements.</li><li>
Review billing statements in lockboxes for address corrections and credit card payments.</li><li>
Review workers compensation folders for remittances that need prepping for imaging.</li><li>
Post and review special projects.</li><li>
Records maintenance.</li><li>
Assist opening mail when needed.</li><li>
Maintain and shred lockbox statements, Viva remits and commercial remittance backup after six months.</li><li>
Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.</li></ul>
What You Will Need:<ul><li>
High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of Relevant Equivalent Experience in Lieu of Diploma / GED.</li><li>
0-2+ year's experience in office, business, operations, customer service or healthcare field.</li></ul>
What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>
6+ months of payment posting experience</li><li>
One to three years of related experience and general knowledge of payor-specific or medical specialty reimbursement.</li><li>
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9/10 coding.</li></ul>
