Initiate calls requesting status of claims in queue.</li><li>
Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials and underpayments</li><li>
Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.</li><li>
Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.</li><li>
Document actions taken in claims billing summary notes</li><li>
To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.</li><li>
Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims</li></ul> 
What You Will Need:<ul><li>
Must be a Graduate</li><li>
Good Communication skill (read and writing).</li><li>
Ready to work in Night Shifts.</li><li>
Average typing speed required (above 25WPM).</li></ul>

Experience in MS Office Suite

Junior Associate - AR

What You Will Do:<ul><li>
Understand the requirements from product owners and coordinate with the developers</li><li>
Create, edit, and manage Jira tickets, ensuring they are clear and prioritized for development efficiency</li><li>
Need to play Scrum Master and BA role for small projects.</li><li>
Assist with and contribute to technical documentation that outlines backend systems and infrastructure processes</li><li>
Collaborate with Technical Product Analysts and Product Managers to derive data insights and improve developer experience</li><li>
You will be working in 12 to 9 PM shift.</li></ul> 
What You Will Need:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science or IT.</li><li>
3 to 5 years of BA experience.</li><li>
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams.</li><li>
Keen attention to detail with excellent written communication skills.</li><li>
Healthcare Domain knowledge.</li></ul>
