What You Will Do:
Resource &amp; Program Management<ul><li>
Develop and manage resource and spend plans aligned to organizational priorities.</li><li>
Allocate staff, budget, and operational resources based on evolving needs.</li><li>
Advise leadership on resource gaps, risks, and strategic planning.</li></ul>
Financial Oversight<ul><li>
Handle budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial execution across departments.</li><li>
Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and reimbursements, and support payroll inputs.</li><li>
Conduct reconciliations and prepare financial status reports.</li><li>
Support audits, compliance reviews, and year‑end processes.</li></ul>
Operational &amp; Office Management<ul><li>
Oversee daily office operations and implement efficient workflows.</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships, records, and internal documentation systems.</li><li>
Support HR‑related actions such as onboarding, timesheets, and staff coordination.</li></ul>
What You Will Need:<ul><li>
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree</li><li>
EIGHT (8) or more years of experience in the national security setting</li></ul> 
What Would Be Nice To Have:<ul><li>
A high performing resource and finance professional with extensive experience managing budgets, supervising staff, coordinating across departments, and supporting mission focused operations.</li><li>
 Experience managing multi million dollar budgets or resource programs.</li><li>
 Supervisory or team lead experience.</li><li>
 Accounting or QuickBooks certifications.</li><li>
Strong financial management and budgeting expertise.</li><li>
Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage sensitive information and adapt to shifting priorities.</li><li>
 Background supporting government, mission‑driven, or complex organizations.</li></ul>
