Job Description</div><div></div><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><ul><div><div>
Manage queue of creative projects to completion on time, on brand, and with the highest level of customer service</div></div><div><div>
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create visually engaging graphics for presentations, social media, websites, and other collateral</div></div><div><div>
Design and maintain templates for Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence</div></div><div><div>
Create assets for campaigns, events, social media, and the Web</div></div><div><div>
Develop unique designs that help tell Guidewire, customer, and partner stories through infographics, presentations, environments, and other traditional and emerging media</div></div><div><div>
Present design concepts effectively to Marketing leadership and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to achieve desired outcomes</div></div><div><div>
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to continually enhance design quality and productivity.</div></div><div><div>
Assist with design requests as needed and contribute to other creative projects</div></div><div><div>
Track project work and communicate status updates using designated project management tools and established processes</div></div><div><div>
Maintain project/design files in designated libraries to ensure smooth sharing of files across design team</div></div><div><div>
Serve as a Guidewire brand expert and steward, developing unique designs that bolster the Guidewire brand globally</div></div></ul><div></div><ul><div><div>
Required Qualifications:</div><ul><div><div>
3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects</div></div><div><div>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</div></div><div><div>
Proficiency in the complete Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)</div></div><div><div>
Demonstrated proficiency creating world-class presentations using Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint</div></div><div><div>
Demonstrated understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory</div></div><div><div>
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency</div></div><div><div>
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and decisions to non-designer stakeholders</div></div><div><div>
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</div></div><div><div>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team</div></div></ul></div></ul><div></div><ul><div><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><div><div>
Experience working in B2B technology or software industries</div></div><div><div>
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field</div></div><div><div>
Knowledge of web design principles</div></div><div><div>
Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and HTML/CSS</div></div></ul></div></ul><div></div>
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000 - $157,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.<div></div><div>
