The Analyst, Business Process &amp; Workflow is a member of the Enterprise Applications team within Information Technology Services and is responsible for designing, supporting, and improving institutional forms, workflows, automations, data feeds, and operational reporting.</div><div>
<br>
This position serves as the institutional subject matter expert for workflow and automation platforms and is the primary resource for designing, governing, and supporting automated processes across ITS and partner departments. The Analyst translates functional requirements into electronic forms, approval workflows, event-driven automations, and supporting data structures.</div><div>
<br>
The role focuses on business process automation across administrative and academic units, developing workflow logic, integrations, and datasets to ensure reliable routing, approvals, notifications, auditability, and compliance with institutional policies.</div><div>
<br>
In addition to workflow and automation responsibilities, the Analyst builds and maintains operational and ad hoc reports, supports automated data feeds between enterprise systems, and monitors scheduled jobs and integrations to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability.</div><div>
<br>
The Analyst works closely with functional departments, IT colleagues, and external partners to maintain system reliability, establish automation standards, document processes, and continuously improve digital business processes that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.</div>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Five (5) years of experience in information technology or related field.</li>
<li>Experience designing, administering, or serving as a subject matter expert for workflow or automation platforms.</li>
<li>Experience developing and supporting enterprise-wide automations.</li>
<li>Experience developing SQL queries and supporting datasets for operational systems.</li>
<li>Experience troubleshooting integrations, scheduled jobs, or automated processes.</li>
<li>Experience working with enterprise applications or ERP/SIS environments.</li>

<ul><li>Experience working in higher education.</li>
<li>Experience supporting reporting or analytics environments.</li>
<li>Experience with data integrations using APIs, ETL processes, or flat file exchanges.</li>

The ITS Security Administrator/Analyst is responsible for assessing information risk and facilitates remediation of identified vulnerabilities and security events/incidents with the GTCC information, systems and applications. Reports on findings and recommendations for corrective, compensating, detective and preventive actions. Performs vulnerability assessments as assigned utilizing IT security tools and methodologies. Performs assessments of the IT security/risk posture within the IT network, systems and software applications, in addition to assessments within the Vendor Management Program. Identifies opportunities to reduce risk and documents remediation options regarding acceptance or mitigation of risk scenarios. Facilitates and monitors performance of risk remediation tasks, changes related to risk mitigation &amp; reports on findings. Maintains oversight of IT and vendors regarding the security maintenance of their systems and applications. Provides weekly project status reports, including outstanding issues. The IT Security Administrator/Analyst assists in all IT audits, IT risk assessments and regulatory compliance. Performs administration and maintenance of information security systems, make recommendations to implement new information security systems, policies and controls.</div>
