</div></div>Maintain the safety, security, growth, and profitability of the DC by supporting daily Loss Prevention and Safety (LP&amp;S) functions. Provide training, guidance, and direction to employees to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company objectives, contributing to the growth and profitability of the facility. This is a 2nd shift opportunity and the normal hours will be M-F 4pm to 12:30am.

</div></div><ul><li>Open and close the building daily, including management of alarm systems, badge access, and CCTV surveillance equipment.</li>

</li><li>Ensure compliance with CTPAT guidelines and regulations.</li>
<li>Investigate and document workplace accidents and injuries to determine root causes.
</li><li>Conduct internal and external safety and security patrols and audits.</li>
<li>Monitor guard shack activity and incidents.
</li><li>Drive departmental productivity and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.</li>
<li>Coach and support the Loss Prevention &amp; Safety Clerk to foster growth and development.</li>

LP & Safety Team Lead

<div>Position Summary: Inventory Analyst
The inventory analyst assists the merchandise planners and store planners in managing inventory to minimize backorders, maximize inventory turns and profitability and achieve established customer service levels for both eCommerce and Retail.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:<ul><li>
Tracking late PO deliveries, identify issues, and communicate opportunities to team</li><li>
Resolution of shortages, overages and problem shipment issues</li><li>
Review of in-transit products destined for stores and identify relevant issues such as lost product, missed receipts, etc.</li><li>
Promotional pre-setup checks such as inventory position prior to promotional in-home dates. This includes all web, catalog promotions, and periodic checks throughout the life of the promotion as well as post promotional analysis.</li><li>
Review of open backorders and expediting inventory where necessary</li><li>
Maintaining planned arrival dates on all purchase orders and the expediting of past due orders</li><li>
Applying PO price variance corrections</li><li>
Validation of reserve inventory levels and aged inventory assessment</li><li>
Organization, coordination and execution of vendor returns</li><li>

We are seeking a IT Support Technician to join our team. The IT Support Technician will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the performance and efficiency of our operational systems. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
