<div>Position Summary: Sr. Corporate Recruiter (Tech)
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team at the Support Center, this role is responsible for attracting future employees who exemplify our Core Values for positions at all levels of the organization, with a focus on Tech recruiting, all while giving uncompromising levels of customer service and helping grow the Guitar Center Company family. This position is a remote opportunity for those who live within a 60-mile radius commute of Westlake Village, CA.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-quality candidate experience and a consultative hiring manager experience.</li>
<li>Connect with top talent at all levels through dynamic sourcing and recruiting strategies, inclusive of our diversity/inclusion/belonging philosophy.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify anticipated hiring needs aligned with business needs.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate the recruiting process to hiring managers to ensure expectations are met and understood.</li>
<li>Leverage a variety of recruiting methods including social networking and online tools to proactively network passive talent.</li>
<li>Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified talent.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>To join our band, you'll need the following experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and years of work experience.</li>
<li>5 &ndash; 7 years of experience working within major functional disciplines primarily in IT and Technology, preferably with experience working for a Retail company or with Retail clients.</li>
<li>Skilled proficiency with recruiting/contact management software and Internet search tools and techniques, including Social Media.</li>

Pay Rate: $115,000 - $135,000 annually depending on background and experience. Sr. Technical Recruiter, Corporate

<div>Important: This role will be onsite out of our downtown Phoenix NOC on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
We are seeking a IT Support Technician to join our team. The IT Support Technician will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the performance and efficiency of our operational systems. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Monitor production systems including POS, eCommerce, and supporting infrastructure</li>
<li>Perform incident triage and resolve common issues; escalate more complex incidents to engineering teams</li>
<li>Support outage management, including bridge coordination and communications</li>
<li>Partner with application, infrastructure, and support teams to drive resolution</li>
<li>Maintain accurate incident documentation and shift handoffs</li>
</ul>To join our band, you&rsquo;ll need the following:
<ul><li>Ability to work a 12-hour shift from 10:30 AM &ndash; 10:30 PM.</li>
<li>Mid-level NOC Analyst/Technician (2&ndash;5 years' experience) in a 24/7 operations environment</li>
<li>Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, or similar)</li>
<li>Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, applications, and basic networking</li>
<li>Experience supporting retail/POS or transaction-based systems is preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, particularly during incident response.</li>
