Job Summary:</b></div><div>
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven <b>Talent Acquisition Executive</b> to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various functions. Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.</li><li>
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.</li><li>
Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms and professional networks.</li><li>
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.</li><li>
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and role suitability.</li><li>
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.</li><li>
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.</li><li>
Prepare recruitment reports, maintain candidate databases, and update recruitment trackers.</li><li>
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.</li><li>
Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding activities.</li><li>
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable hiring solutions.</li><li>
Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.</li><li>

Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the UAE.</li><li>
Strong experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.</li><li>
Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.</li><li>
Excellent interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize hiring requirements.</li><li>
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.</li><li>
Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>

Support mechanical maintenance and fitting tasks on tobacco processing and packaging machines. Assist senior mechanics and engineers in ensuring equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.<br>

Job Description:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance of tobacco processing machinery.</li><li>
Support preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.</li><li>
Perform basic assembly, fitting, and adjustment of mechanical components.</li><li>
Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, belts, gears, and couplings under supervision.</li><li>
Assist in machine overhauling and scheduled servicing activities.</li><li>
Lubricate machine parts and ensure smooth mechanical operation.</li><li>
Support troubleshooting activities for conveyors, feeders, rotating equipment, and material handling systems.</li><li>
Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards during all maintenance activities.</li><li>
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.</li><li>
Document completed tasks and report mechanical faults or abnormalities to supervisors.</li><li>
Coordinate and collaborate with electricians, production teams, and supervisors when required.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical trade.</li><li>

Experience Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience as a Mechanical Assistant, Mechanical Technician, or Fitter in:<ul><li>
Tobacco processing</li><li>
FMCG</li><li>
Food processing</li><li>
Industrial manufacturing environments</li></ul></li><li>
Experience in continuous process industries is preferred.</li></ul><div><br>

Technical Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.</li><li>

Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings is an advantage.</li><li>
