 Evaluate and assess the technical/engineering aspects of current and prospective corporate clients and their corresponding projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Accountabilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Documentation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and confirm compliance of project credentials submitted by GB clients for ongoing and anticipated projects with Contract Financing guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all clients obtain required documents essential to evaluate project work in line with GB&rsquo;s Corporate Banking regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Project Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare technical assessments of client&rsquo;s organization and general reviews of client&rsquo;s project portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic site visits.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cost Analysis:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Verify cost performance and performance quality of the project and highlight gaps to ensure adequate risk assessment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review project schedules and monitor payment processes to keep track with the Corporate Team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Project Recommendations:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Suggest technical recommendations to assist the Corporate Team in analyzing Loan &amp; LC limits for the respective clients.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reports:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review existing project information to create reports to appraise senior management of the performance and progress of the projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Action Plan:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement field action plans and ensure alignment with GBK corporate banking strategy to optimize risk versus reward.
 </li>
