We are seeking an eager and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection technique, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality cosmetic results to our clients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers</li><li>Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Educate clients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation</li><li>Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and state regulations</li><li>Manage and respond to any complications appropriately</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention</li><li>Support practice growth through client education and participation in marketing initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols while maintaining high standards of patient safety</li><li>Administer vitamin injections and intramuscular wellness shots</li><li>Initiate and manage IV therapy treatments, including hydration and vitamin infusions</li><li>Evaluate and treat patients for medical weight loss, including prescribing and administering weight loss injections</li><li>Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Educate clients on procedures, risks, and expected outcomes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Nurse Practitioner/PA license in Florida</li><li>Certification as an NP</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in aesthetic injections preferred (will consider strong candidates with eagerness to train)</li><li>Extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic techniques</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive base salary or hourly rate (based on experience)</li><li>Commission and performance-based incentives</li><li>Employee discounts on services and products</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li><li>Modern, upscale facility</li><li>Diverse service offerings (aesthetic + wellness) for increased earning potential</li><li>Benefits offered after 60 days of employement</li><li>Work-life balance</li></ul>Pay: From $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
