We are currently looking for a Document Controller (Philippine National) who can work at the site and is available to join immediately.Duties &amp; Responsibilities* To manage all commercial and technical documents for the project.* Perform all clerical work which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax correspondence and other works. being* Maintaining and updating the database and manual filings.* Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence and transmittal of drawing documents. Reports to the* Keep all project documents orderly, complete, and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records andprojects.* Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines. Design Filing System* Maintains updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly. Document Controller

Organizes structural, electrical, and mechanical designs. Draws plans for foundations, buildings, and structuresbased on instructions provided by engineers and architects. Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a Structural Draftsman for a permanent role to support our rapidly growing organization. The Structural Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed structural drawings for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. This includes producing plans, sections, details, and 3D models based on engineering sketches and calculations. The role requires strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and other draftsmen to ensure timely delivery of drawings.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare concrete dimension layout plans including (Level, slab edge, Stair location) according to architectural drawing.</li><li>Draw all the required sections.</li><li>Draw reinforcement details according to engineering design for various structural elements (Slabs, Beams, Colum n, Foundation, Walls, etc.).</li><li>Add all equipment and opening location according to architectural and mechanical drawings.</li><li>Prepare structural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) using AutoCAD/Revit.</li><li>Coordinate with structural engineers to develop accurate and clear drawings.</li><li>Revise drawings based on engineer feedback and design changes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and specifications.</li><li>Maintain an organized system for drawing files and documentation.</li><li>Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of drawing registers.</li><li>Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, MEP) for clash detection.</li></ul>Qualifications, Experience and Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Drafting.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Structure, and related software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of structural detailing standards and practices.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in a similar role.</li></ul>Knowledge, Hard/Soft Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Proficient with AutoCAD (2D &amp; 3D), Rivet, etc.</li><li>Excellent technical communication skills with engineers.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and mathematical abilities.</li><li>Experience working in a team-based environment.</li><li>Experience in site investigations and construction review.</li><li>Professional certification in Mechanical Drafting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
