 We're looking for an experienced, results-driven
 
 Supply Chain Manager
 
 to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.
 
 
 
 📌 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Supply Chain Manager will develop and execute supply chain strategies that ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and supplier performance &mdash; supporting business growth and operational excellence.
 
 
 
 🎯 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 ✅ Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
 
 
 ✅ Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and demand planning
 
 
 ✅ Build strategic relationships with local and international suppliers
 
 
 ✅ Lead supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance management
 
 
 ✅ Ensure timely availability of materials for projects, maintenance, and trading operations
 
 
 ✅ Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock
 
 
 ✅ Monitor procurement KPIs, inventory accuracy, logistics costs, and supplier performance
 
 
 ✅ Collaborate closely with Sales, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Service departments
 
 
 ✅ Drive continuous process improvements and ERP utilization
 
 
 ✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team
 
 
 
 🎓 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &squf;️ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
 
 
 &squf;️ MBA or CSCP/CPIM/CIPS certification preferred
 
 
 &squf;️ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role
 
 
 &squf;️ Experience in engineering, HVAC, construction, industrial, or technical trading companies
 
 
 &squf;️ Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and international sourcing
 
 
 &squf;️ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
 
 
 &squf;️ Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
 
 
 &squf;️ Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage
