Position Description
The Senior Designer &ndash; Pipeline/Mapping will be responsible performing detail design activities within the Pipeline/Mapping discipline.
Essential Functions<ul><li>Perform designs and layouts of Alignment Sheets, Property Plats and Permit Drawings utilizing CAD hardware and software.</li><li>Review vendor drawings and other documents.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Qualifications<ul><li>5 or more years of experience in a drafting environment developing Pipeline/Mapping drafting deliverables</li><li>5 years of CAD experience</li><li>AutoCAD 2016 and Civil 3D</li><li>Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Working knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards.</li><li>Working knowledge of survey data and aerial photography/imagery</li><li>Working knowledge of public domain mapping from federal, state and local agencies such as USGS, USDA, NOAA and DOT</li><li>MicroStation V8 a plus</li><li>Blue Sky Skyline</li><li>ARGIS data and map creation</li><li>Microsoft Access</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>High school diploma required. Associate's degree or certification from technical trade school preferred</li></ul>

Work Environment/Physical Demands<ul><li>Working conditions are normal for an office environment.</li><li>Frequent sitting and operating a computer.</li><li>Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials.</li><li>Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.</li><li>Physical demands requirements are at levels of those for sedentary work.</li></ul>
