 Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a goal-oriented approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in sales is advantageous
