 Responsibilities;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain detailed project schedule using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress and update schedule accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential delays and propose mitigation measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project mangers, engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with project requirements, standard, and deadlines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum experience 5 years as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and team work abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 </li>
