Job description:Gulf Star Travel &amp; Tourism is hiring on the position of a Coustomer Service Executive (Male Only)Gulf Star Travel &amp; Tourism is seeking to appoint highly motivated, self-driven individuals to drive sales by designing and implementing target marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.Travel Agency Sales Products:<ul><li>Visa Consultancy</li><li>International Tours</li><li>Domestic &amp; International Air Ticket</li></ul>JOB DESCRIPTION:<ul><li>Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.</li><li>Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.</li><li>Develop targeted sales strategies.</li><li>Answering client queries.</li><li>Maintaining client relations.</li><li>Able to present physically and online company profile and unique selling points to potential clients.</li><li>Provide timely and professional assistance to clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.</li><li>Maintain a customer-first attitude ensuring complete satisfaction and trust.</li><li>Handle inquiries regarding company services, including Visa Consultancy, Travel Assistance, and CRM Support.</li><li>Manage and resolve customer complaints with politeness, patience, and efficiency.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments for quick issue resolution.</li><li>Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.</li><li>Demonstrate strong product knowledge to guide clients in choosing the right services.</li><li>Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.</li><li>Contribute ideas for service improvement and customer retention strategies.</li><li>Ability to close deals.</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain knowledge of company&rsquo;s products and procedures.</li><li>Attractive Salary + Commissions.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple clients and inquiries simultaneously.</li><li>Friendly, confident, and professional personality.</li><li>Basic computer and CRM system knowledge.</li><li>Prior experience in customer support &amp; sales coordination is a plus.</li><li>MS Excel, MS Word, Windows, Facebook, Basic Data Entry Skills,</li><li>The candidate has to answer customer queries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, emails and Calls.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Minimum 3-5 year of customer support &amp; sales coordination experience.</li></ul>Education Required: Minimum IntermediateJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer Service/Sales Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
