Job Description: Gulmohar City is hiring motivated and target-driven Call Centre Agent to manage high-volume calling, lead follow-ups, and appointments conversion for our residential project.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make 70+ connected calls daily to prospective clients</li><li>Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with leads</li><li>Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans</li><li>Convert inquiries into site visits and bookings</li><li>Maintain accurate call logs and lead records</li><li>Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (KPIs)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Intermediate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Experience in real estate is a plus</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Target-oriented and disciplined work approach</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive basic salary</li><li>Attractive commission structure</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
