This is a critical role that contributes directly to firearm sales by ensuring accurate product specifications are keyed into the warehouse management system, timely shipping and receiving of orders and materials and accurately stowing product received.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure accurate firearm specifications on all used and new firearms,</li><li>Daily receiving, fulfillment, and shipping of firearms</li><li>Entering firearm information into source systems, A&amp;D book, ERP, compliance software</li><li>Researching unique or challenging to find guns for entry into an e-commerce site</li><li>Maintain quality control and compliance when receiving &amp; inspecting firearms</li><li>Prepare for and assist in periodic firearm audits</li><li>Inspect, clean, and grade condition to prepare firearms for sale</li><li>Other tasks necessary for warehouse and firearm product success</li></ul>Required Experience/Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of Firearms</li><li>Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment desired but willing to train the right candidate.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Respect and prioritization of gun safety and proper firearm handling techniques</li><li>Experience and ability to use computer software, including MS office and ERP system.</li><li>Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds, use a pallet jack, climb a stair ladder, operate a loading dock.</li><li>Ability to work in an environment with moderate climate control.</li><li>Walking around the warehouse with great frequency; continual standing or walking</li><li>Highly resourceful team player with ability to be extremely effective independently.</li><li>Creative and forward-thinking who actively seeks opportunities for improvement and proposes solutions.</li></ul>Reports to: Inbound Team LeadJob Type: Full-timeRate of Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Health &ndash; Dental &ndash; Vision - Life Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: Monday &ndash; Friday in person Eagan, MNJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What most interests you about the Warehouse Associate role?</li><li>Why do you want to work for Guns.com?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
