 Minimum 1-3 years of experience in process or quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment,

 Advanced level of English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>

 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor and control quality parameters throughout the production process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and improve quality control procedures and work instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&amp;D teams to ensure process stability and product conformity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular audits of processes and systems in accordance with internal and external quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support customer complaint investigations and take part in continuous improvement activities.
 </li>
