<div>Gunstock Mountain Resort is currently accepting applications for Nordic Sales Associate for the upcoming winter season. This front-line position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with the reservation and purchase of tickets, retail, lessons, rental packages. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding customer service, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests in person and over the phone</li>
<li>Process resort sales transactions professionally and accurately</li>
<li>Utilize point-of-sale systems and resort software with proficiency</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and computer skills</li>
<li>Uphold Gunstock&rsquo;s core values and promote a safe, welcoming environment</li>
<li>Assist in resolving guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism</li>
<li>Support a safe workplace by modeling appropriate behavior and reporting hazards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Prior customer service experience and POS system knowledge preferred</li>
<li>Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift)</li>
<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li>
</ul>
