We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented .NET Desktop / Window application Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Windows-based applications. The ideal candidate has experience in building desktop applications using WinForms or WPF, along with a solid understanding of the .NET Framework or .NET Core/.NET 5+.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using WinForms, WPF, or UWP.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C#.</li><li>Integrate applications with backend services and databases (SQL Server, SQLite, etc.).</li><li>Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.</li><li>Follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in .NET desktop application development.</li><li>Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 5+.</li><li>Experience with WinForms or WPF (MVVM pattern is a plus).</li><li>Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.</li><li>Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Experience with XAML and MVVM frameworks (e.g., Prism, MVVM Light).</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.</li><li>Knowledge of DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines and build automation.</li><li>Experience with third-party controls.</li><li>Exposure to Blazor or web-based .NET frameworks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
