1. Job SummaryThe Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design and visual communication initiatives of the institution. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality creative assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, and digital platforms. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior designers to maintain brand consistency and visual excellence.2. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative &amp; Design Execution<ul><li>Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for marketing campaigns, admissions materials, brochures, social media, videos, websites, banners, and digital ads.</li><li>Ensure all designs align with university branding guidelines and maintain a professional, modern aesthetic.</li><li>Oversee design quality and consistency across all platforms.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Team Collaboration<ul><li>Mentor junior designers and review their work to ensure high-quality output.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, admissions, social media, and academic departments to understand design requirements.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects concurrently and deliver within deadlines.</li></ul>Branding &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Develop and improve the visual identity of the university/organization.</li><li>Propose innovative design ideas for enhancing brand perception.</li><li>Support creative strategy for promotional campaigns, events, and advertising.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Production<ul><li>Prepare print-ready files, coordinate with printers/vendors, and ensure final output quality.</li><li>Create motion graphics, video thumbnails, and basic animations (preferred).</li><li>Manage digital assets, templates, and design resources for internal use.</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects is a plus).</li><li>Creative thinking, strong visual sense, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to understand marketing goals and convert them into impactful designs.</li><li>Knowledge of print production, color theory, typography, and layout principles.</li><li>Strong time-management, multitasking, and project coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Leadership qualities and ability to provide constructive feedback.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹13,676.07 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
