Key Responsibilities:1. Budgeting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Develop and manage marketing budgets.</li><li>Prepare performance reports and present marketing outcomes to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>10 years or more of proven experience in marketing, preferably in [industry/education/FMCG/etc.].</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Team Development &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.</li><li>Foster collaboration between departments (academic/operations/finance) for alignment on organizational goals.</li><li>Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance.</li></ul>6.
