We offer gutters in both 6&quot; and 7&quot; k style, and do copper and custom box and half round work.We are professional and honest in our approach to our staff and our customers.We carry liability and workers compensation insurance.We provide the trailer and machine and have many or most of the tools. If you have your own tools it is a plus.We are looking for people that want a drama free workplace and are friendly and honest.As an installer you will either be a lead (with experience) or an assistant/helper (will train, experience preferred.)You'll make great money - the better you are the more you will make, guaranteed.Our work environment includes:<ul><li>On-the-job training as needed - but for a Lead you must already have experience. Someone without any experience is $20/hour</li><li>Safe work environment</li></ul>An installer is expected to have experience hanging gutter. At least a year as a helper would be ideal.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Arrive on time</li><li>Be professional</li><li>Help manage the job site</li><li>Manage your assistant or be managed by a Lead</li><li>Install gutter, repair gutter, install guards, install and repair downspouts</li><li>Communicate effectively with other team members and management.</li><li>Follow all procedures and regulations to ensure a quality product is produced and delivered to customers.</li><li>Must have valid drivers license, no DWIs or suspensions, this is important</li><li>Criminal records will be considered if a long history of no trouble has passed, the crime is non violent, and the issue is &quot;ancient history.&quot; We all deserve second chances and believe it matters what you're DOING much more than it matters what you've done.</li><li>We do check references and do background checks.</li></ul>Office is located in Clearwater right off 19. Meet every morning, M-F and go to work.
