Staff Nurse / Nursing SupervisorRoles and Responsibilities :<ul><li>Assist in the management of nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel</li><li>Support the Nursing Supervisor in developing and implementing patient care policies and procedures that align with the organization&rsquo;s standards</li><li>Monitor patient care practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans</li><li>Assist in addressing patient and family concerns, ensuring a responsive and compassionate approach to care.</li><li>10+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting</li><li>Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence others.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing or related field</li><li>Certification in Nurse Leadership or Management</li><li>Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data management systems</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hospital: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
