<p></p><div><p>The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for independently managing and executing day to day aspects of human resources programs, policies, and initiatives to support organizational goals and a positive employee experience. This role leads efforts in organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and designated HR systems.</p>
<p>
The HR Business Partner builds strong relationships with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and drive a high-performance culture.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h4><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Employee Relations &amp; Compliance</b></h4><ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR policy guidance.</li><li>
Coach and advise managers on employee performance, conduct, and disciplinary matters.</li><li>
Start off assisting and then learning to lead internal investigations, document findings, and ensure fair and compliant outcomes.</li><li>
Administer and monitor compliance programs including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and workplace safety.</li><li>
Manage unemployment claims, workers&rsquo; compensation reporting, and related documentation.</li><li>
Conduct exit interviews, process separations, and ensure accurate employee record maintenance.</li><li>
Partner with leadership to implement engagement surveys, compliance training, and policy updates.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Onboarding &amp; Employee Experience:</b></h4><ul><li>
Coordinate preemployment processes (background checks, MVRs, and documentation).</li><li>
Assist with new hire orientation when needed and ensure accurate setup of employee records and HR systems (e.g., Paychex, Employee Navigator).</li><li>
Manage employee communications, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and organized personnel files (electronic and paper) and ensure compliance with record retention requirements.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition Support:</b></h4><ul><li>
Serve as backup to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for recruiting needs and critical roles.</li><li>
Assist with posting positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers when needed.</li><li>
Help maintain recruiting tools, reports, and records.</li><li>
Support onboarding of new hires and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
HR Operations &amp; Reporting:</b></h4><ul><li>
Maintain and update HR systems and shared drives with accurate employee data.</li><li>
Prepare HR reports and analytics (headcount, turnover, compliance status, etc.).</li><li>
Update organizational charts and employee certifications monthly.</li><li>
Support leadership with special HR projects, KPI meetings, and annual performance review coordination.</li><li>
Monitor HR inbox and calls daily, ensuring timely and professional responses.</li><li>
Assist with event planning, compliance documentation, and employee communications.</li></ul><p>

Qualifications:</b></h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field required.</li><li>
35 years of HR experience, with exposure to training and benefits administration.</li><li>
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR compliance.</li><li>
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problemsolving abilities.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Paychex, Employee Navigator).</li><li>
SHRMCP, SHRMSCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred (support available toward certification).</li></ul><p>

Additional Information:</b></h4><ul><li>
Daily responsibilities include monitoring the HR inbox, responding to HR calls, and processing updates in HR systems.</li><li>
Weekly and monthly responsibilities include maintaining employee files, updating organizational charts, tracking key metrics, and coordinating HR communications.</li><li>
