HR Specialist

Job PurposeResponsible for overseeing and executing the daily maintenance operations of the warehouse premises, offices, and related facilities, with a strong focus on HVAC systems. Ensures that preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and on time to support seamless business operations.Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel according to forecasted workloads.</li><li>Ensure preventive maintenance programs (including HVAC equipment) are planned, scheduled, and completed.</li><li>Monitor technicians&rsquo; adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li><li>Provide hands-on support and ensure completion of tasks in a safe and timely manner.</li><li>Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and facility projects.</li><li>Oversee procurement of required materials, spare parts, and tools for maintenance and stock replenishment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for daily maintenance issues and emergency breakdowns.</li><li>Act as the communication link between the Warehouse Manager and the maintenance team.</li><li>Ensure work schedules and outputs meet departmental KPIs and service-level requirements.</li><li>Perform other facility-related tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Key Competencies &amp; Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.</li><li>Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and planning abilities.</li><li>Vendor and contractor management experience.</li><li>Effective communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS preferred).</li><li>Strong safety awareness and adherence to HSE practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related technical discipline.</li><li>Certifications (preferred): HVAC Certification, OSHA / NEBOSH / equivalent HSE training.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years&rsquo; experience in facility maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in HVAC systems operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.</li><li>Experience in managing teams in a warehouse, industrial, or large commercial facility environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExpected Start Date: 21/09/2025
