Overview
GXA is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in event marketing to help us execute impactful campaigns that attract and engage our ideal clients&mdash;C-level executives at growing SMBs. This is an execution-heavy role where you&rsquo;ll take ownership of marketing logistics, event coordination, and campaign follow-through to help drive new business and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual events including lunch &amp; learns, speaking engagements, client appreciation events, and webinars.</li>
<li>Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue booking, catering, promotional materials, registration, follow-up campaigns, and ROI tracking.</li>
<li>Build and maintain event calendars aligned with GXA&rsquo;s outreach and sales campaigns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external teams (sales, marketing, outsourced partners) to ensure brand and message consistency.</li>
<li>Assist with digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing) tied to events and lead gen goals.</li>
<li>Use HubSpot to manage contacts, segment lists, send campaigns, and monitor engagement.</li>
<li>Support execution of LinkedIn lead gen campaigns targeting key industries (professional services, finance, etc.)</li>
<li>Coordinate production of marketing content and sales collateral with internal and external resources.</li>
<li>Assist in optimizing SEO, Google Business profile, and website content</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.</li>
</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing coordination with a strong emphasis on physical and virtual event management
</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
</li><li>Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
</li><li>Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;written, verbal, and interpersonal
</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented with a bias for action</li>
<li>The position requires working from our office, with some flexibility for hybrid arrangements. It is not a fully remote role.</li>

<li>Experience working for an MSP, B2B tech company, or agency with SMB clients
</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and sales enablement support
</li><li>Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite</li>
