<div></div><div>The D1 Training Education Team Member is responsible for delivering world-class training and education to franchisees and their teams across the D1 network. This includes leading in-person and virtual sessions for new franchisee onboarding, pre-sales operations, regional training events, and ongoing professional development.

</div><div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities
</b></div><ul><li><b>Facilitate New Franchisee Training:
</b></li><li>Lead multi-day onboarding sessions at D1 HQ in Nashville, ensuring new owners, GMs, and coaches leave prepared to execute D1&rsquo;s playbook and uphold brand standards.
</li><li><b>Conduct On-Site Facility Trainings:
</b></li><li>Travel to new D1 facility openings nationwide to train local teams on pre-sales execution, operations, and coaching standards.
</li><li><b>Lead Regional and Virtual Trainings:
</b></li><li>Support franchisees with targeted in-person and online sessions focused on marketing, sales, coaching, and leadership development.
</li><li><b>Develop and Deliver Curriculum:
</b></li><li>Collaborate with the Education team to update and enhance training content, modules, and SOPs that drive consistency and profitability across the network.
</li><li><b>Assess Training Effectiveness:
</b></li><li>Evaluate participant performance and engagement, provide post-training feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
</li><li><b>Serve as a Brand Ambassador:
</b></li><li>Represent the D1 culture with energy, professionalism, and authenticity &mdash; inspiring franchisees, coaches, and staff to embody D1&rsquo;s &ldquo;Train to Be Your Best&rdquo; mindset.
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications
</b></div><ul><li>3+ years of corporate training or learning &amp; development experience in the <b>fitness or franchising industry </b>.
</li><li>Proven success facilitating <b>in-person and virtual trainings </b>for adult learners.
</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to <b>command a room </b>and create dynamic engagement.
</li><li>Deep understanding of <b>fitness operations, sales, and team leadership </b>.
</li><li>Creative thinker who can adapt to different audiences and learning styles.
</li><li>Passionate about <b>youth athletic development, adult fitness, and helping others succeed </b>.
</li><li>Growth mindset &mdash; curious, coachable, and collaborative.
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Exercise Science, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
